Appointment texts require BookerFlow messaging review and any applicable provider requirements. Current allowance units count eligible sends, not carrier-billed SMS segments.
Yes. Every booking confirmation email includes a manage link. Customers can cancel or reschedule online up to the cutoff window you set — no phone call required.
