Yes. BookerFlow handles appointment booking, confirmations, and customer management. You can keep taking payment with your current terminal or point-of-sale system.

What confirmations and appointment texts are included?

Every plan includes email confirmations. Lite (CA$14/month) is email only. Starter includes 60 eligible appointment SMS sends per month. Pro includes 500. Appointment texts require BookerFlow messaging review and any applicable provider requirements. Current allowance units count eligible sends, not carrier-billed SMS segments.

Can customers cancel or reschedule their own bookings?

Yes. Confirmation emails include a manage link so customers can review, cancel, or reschedule within the rules you set. See plan details.

How long does setup normally take?

Most businesses can publish a booking page in a few minutes once services, staff, and hours are added.

Is there a long-term contract?
